Ordering Giclée, Notecard, or Postcard PrintingThe first step is to download and print the appropriate giclée, notecard, or postcard order form. If you need assistance if filling it out, please don't hesitate to call us at 631-267-7910. We're always happy to help. Each different original to be printed needs its own Submission Form. If you are having the same art made into both giclée and note or postcards, please complete two Submission Forms. These must be signed. We reproduce absolutely nothing without signed permission from the artist. Submission Formats Slide, Transparency, 2x2, 4x5, or 8x10 Chrome, or 35mm Negative: Please

Enclosed. PrePress Schedule From our receipt of your original art or transparency and your completed Submission Form, prepress requires one week for shipping of the first proof print. Subsequent proofs with your corrections are turned around within 72 hours. Printing Schedule From receipt of the final approved proof, printing requires ten days. Additional services such as stretching, mounting, or laminating require more time. Optional “Rush” Upcharges 3 Day Prepress or Printing: 200% • 24 Hour Prepress or Printing: 400% Shipping and Taxes Shipping & Handling costs and Sales Taxes, if any, are additional. All prints are carefully plastic wrapped, surrounded by a top and bottom layer of 200-test corrugated, and shipped in an outside container. Standard shipping is by UPS Ground. Oversize shipments must be sent by Common Carrier unless being delivered to Long Island, Queens, or Manhattan. Delivery, including oversize, to Long Island costs $65; Queens/Manhattan $95. Deliveries are made Wednesday evenings. Someone must be available to sign for all packages.
50% deposit must accompany your Submission Form. Deposit must be increased to 75% upon approval of the Final Proof prior to printing. Balances are C.O.D. We accept payment by Cash, Check, Money Order, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. Make remittance payable to Artists’ Woods. Dishonored checks subject to a $30 nsf charge. Payment for Second and Subsequent Orders A 50% deposit must accompany your Submission Form. Balances are C.O.D. Hours of Operation Atelier AskArt is a Fine Art Studio; not a retail store. All artist visits are by appointment. Appointments are available Monday through Saturday from 7am until 4pm. Please telephone to schedule at least 24 hours in advance.
